My garage door malfunctioned early this morning. I called T&I and they told me to expect a callback. Zack called a few minutes later. I told him what was happening, Zack asked if morning or afternoon (same day) was better for me. We settled on mid afternoon, Zack was right on time. He explained what the problem was, how to fix it, and recommended a few other routine maintenance items I had been neglecting. An hour later, I was using my smoother, quieter, upgraded garage door. Great Job Zack!

Zach came to my house to check out what was wrong with my garage door opener. It turns out a gear was broken in the motor. He gave me a price to install a new liftmaster, which is 1000 time quieter then the the one I had. He had everything on his truck and installed it pretty quick. Zach was extremely professional. I also asked him if I needed a new door and he told me no, when I know there are companies out there that would try to sell me one even though I didn't need one.

Zack B was extremely professional and efficient. Not only did he fix the problem I called about but he evaluated the entire unit and gave recommendations on other fixes to improve the longevity of the unit and explained the level of necessity and what exactly the problem was.
